(Q)Do you offer private or group lessons?
(A)All our on-line courses/lessons are private one-to-one lessons. However, you will have plenty of time to ask questions and practice your English skills.
(Q)What type of student studies English by Skype?
(A)Our students are from many different countries including Europe, Asia, Latin America, North America and Canada and are from all walks of life such as Business Executives (men and women), students, housewives and children
(Q)How long are the lessons and what are the available times?
(A)The duration of each lesson is one hour (1 hour) 7 days a week and we can usually accommodate most scheduling needs.
(Q)What is the curriculum?
(A)All students have different requirements, so we customise lessons/courses to suit individual needs .
(Q)How is taking an on-line lesson different from a traditional classroom lesson?
(A)One of the biggest differences is that there is no need to leave your house or workplace. There is also a great deal of flexibility with an on-line lesson and the cost is usually more affordable than most traditional English language schools.
(Q)What if I am late for a lesson?
(A)Lessons must always start on time. If you are late, you will lose the time you missed as the teacher quite often has another student waiting to start after you and cannot be late.
(Q)Will I have homework?
(A)If you require homework, or wish to prepare for the next on-line lesson, please inform your teacher when you start your tuition and he will ensure you have material for homework.
(Q)Do you need a high-speed internet connection?
(A)Yes it would be preferable to have a high-speed connection for the best sound and vision quality
(Q)Do I need to download any special computer programs?
(A)Yes you need to download Skype, which is a free software application that allows you to talk and hear generally as clear, or better than a normal telephone.
(Q)Do I need any hardware accessories?
(A)Yes you may need a headset with a built in microphone, although with the more modern computers this is not usually a requirement.
(Q)What does the price include?
(A)The price includes taxes and on-line lesson material. There are NO registration fees, extras or hidden charges.

(A)This will be clearly stated to you in the user terms on enrolment.
